my Top 8 nutrition and wellness finds this month

We are keeping it fun this week, and I’m sharing a few nutrition , wellness, and fun finds that made my days feel a little lighter, stronger, and better fueled.

1)This Recipe for Baked Yogurt Herbed Chicken Breasts

One of my favorite things about getting recipes from Lillie Eats and Tells is that the calories and macros are laid out for you in the recipe and can make tracking a breeze.

I generally find these at Target or Fred Meyer. They make the perfect after-dinner sweet treat. If you want them at their best texture, let them sit on the counter for about 10 minutes before consuming.

The way this smells helps me to wind down in the evening before bed and I find it especially useful during the summer where my skin tends to dry out.

If you’re constantly on the go, don’t like to eat cold food, and have no microwave access, this is your friend. You can plug it into your car or the wall, and boom, hot lunch in 15-20 minutes.

6) INDOOR CYCLING SHOES THAT ARE COMFORTABLE AND STYLISH

I’ve been a big fan of Tiem since I started taking and teaching indoor cycling.If you have a wider foot they allow for more room and a little more stretch over time than your traditional Shimano cycle shoes.

Blue Raspberry is the best flavor.
